Flexible flange butterfly valve is our newest product after flange butterfly valve and compensator,and the construction is very new and original,good performance is trusted by our customers, It is ideal for the water supply and drainage systems in water works, power generating factory, steel mill, paper-making, chemical water source engineering, the construction of environment installations etc. The product can use for reform of old pipelines and complete sets of valve , especially suitable for use as ideal equipment for adjusting and shutting off flow in water pipelines.
Product Features
Reasonable design,compact construction ,90 degree rotation,on-off quick. Using eccentric structure ,establishing automatically sealing pressure during sealing pair,reducing friction during seal ring,extending service life. Sealing structure is connected without machinery,can be applicable to bad working condition and environment.and no leakage .The valve base has strong wash and brush resistance. Reliable sealing performance in the flexible part,easy to installation and dismount. Can be applicable to some dislocation and lean of the pipeline . Connection with the pipeline don`t need welding .

Main Standard
1.The product is in conformity with standard GB12238-1989 Universal Valves-Flanged and Wafer Butterfly Valves .
2.Test are in conformity with standard GB/T13927-1992 Universal Valves Pressure Test.
3.Connecting between side flanges is in conformity with standard GB/T17241.6-1998 Integral Cast Iron Pipe Flangesand PN 1.0MPa, PN1.6MPa flange-connection standard provided in BS 4504., ISO7005AND DIN2501 respectively.
